Message: Took our 2023 Palisade to uhaul for a trailer hitch. These days, it’s very hard to find professionals who care about their job and have integrity. Adam, who installed the trailer hitch on our car, did a very good job. He took the time and effort to make sure the job was done right with a good attitude as well. 5 stars!

Message: I picked up a U-haul 10' truck from this location in November. The customer service was great and they accommodated my last minute request for an auto transport. At first I was nervous about renting a U-haul truck for long-distance travel due to the reputation of the company, but to my surprising this location provided me with a newer model. The truck was very clean and even had a backup camera. I drove the truck from Pompano beach, FL to Silver Spring, Maryland with a few detours along the way. Over 1, 241 miles. The truck gave me no problems. U-haul was the most affordable company by far compared to the other options and although I am not experienced in driving trucks and towing vehicles, I was able to transport my vehicle on the back of the 10' truck easily. The staff at this location let me load the truck with my furniture and then bring it back so that they could connect the auto transport to the back of the truck. They also loaded my vehicle onto the auto transport. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. They helped make my move seamless. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
