After a bearing and hub replacement on my 328i I summarized my experience for others.. What you get :. -A detailed qoute on repairs. -Open stream of communication about your cars status and/or changes to the plan. -Quality mechanical work. -fair price. What you wont get:. -immediate service. Because of the shops quality of service it is consistently busy.. Make sure you call ahead to get an appointment scheduled. DO NOT JUST SHOW UP.. Easily the best Euro car shop in South Florida.

Santiago was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to my questions. A professional estimate was sent to me via text prior to work starting. The cost for the repairs was very reasonable. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Santiago covered all the repairs completed and explained some other things she should have correctly sooner than later.
