ABS Exotic Repair

Message: It takes a giant leap of faith to try a new repair shop for a Porsche, but we ran into an issue with my '03 Boxster on the trip down from NY, and I needed to find a reputable place to have her fixed asap. I checked online and came across ABS through many positive reviews. From the get go, Angela was attentive, friendly & let me bring her in right away. She not only diagnosed & explained the problem, but she found other issues with the car that could have caused major problems down the road ("Proactive, not reactive! "). Her communication is excellent, and I love the fact that she suggested other improvements without pushing anything on me. She is as honest as anyone I've ever met, and I always felt like my car was in great hands. I used ABS again recently for a battery issue, and it was another positive experience. Who knew car repair could be such a positive experience?? I HIGHLY recommend ABS Exotic Repair and will be a customer for many years.

Message: We have a classic 1985 Mercedes Benz 300CD and moving to Fort Lauderdale we had difficulty finding a reliable and reputable repair shop we could trust to do the work... that is until we met Angela and George at ABS Exotic Repair. This place does incredible work and stands behind what they do. We needed a hard to find part but leave it to Angela she finds it! Any complicated repair and George is on it with a solution. Even before I got there, talking to Angela over the phone to sit up the appointment was a positive exchange. She knows her stuff. She was informed, cheerful and clear in describing possible scenarios given my description of the problem. When I arrived, I was immediately impressed with the size of their multi-bay operation. Clean, well organized and buzzing with activity. Meeting Angela in person just added to that positive first impression. She described how long they would need the car and the approximate cost of repairs and our good-humored exchange left me with the impression of a high-integrity business that establishes long-standing relationships with clients. Follow up communication was A+ with ongoing text messages keeping me up to date as to the status of the repairs. And the final cost was under budget. Count me in as a life long client.

Message: Been to ABS Exotic Auto many times, Angela is a sweetheart! Doesn't cheep out, gets OEM parts and fast repairs. My 2011 SLK 350. never ran better than after a visit with her. She's great helping me through a few minor accidents and restorations to my baby.

Message: A few months ago I was referred to Angela (ABS exotic) by another repairshop because I was experiencing issues more specific to BMW's. I went in and from day one my experience with this shop has been fantastic. The tone of the shop is "let's get your car fixed right, the first time, for a competitive price". Angela is extremely transparent in both cost and estimated time of repair, and communicates updates frequently. I've been here twice now and will continue using her and her team for service. She was merely mounting and balancing some tires on my Porsche, but she made it so easy. Everything about my experience was great--from the service to the price. Message: Unbelievable service. I decided to take my ML350 to ABS after reading the reviews. Angela is awesome. I needed a rental. She gave me a contact that delivered the car to the shop, so it was there when I dropped my car off! We talked extensively before the car came in to go over what I wanted done. They did a complete inspection of the car, test drove it, scanned the computer and then gave me a complete summary of what the car needed. Angela kept me updated constantly the entire time the car was there. I never owned a Mercedes before. I knew the dealership would be overpriced and I don't trust the chain store repair facilities. Angela made me feel very comfortable with the Mercedes brand. My Mercedes will be coming here as long as I own it. I would buy another one just so Angela and ABS Exotic could take care of it. Call Angela and take your car to ABS. You will not be disappointed!
