Message: Jojo has amazing customer service. What a great environment to get your car clean. I love the ambience and the detailing the inside and outside of my car. What an amazing difference with the cleaning products used. I will definitely be coming back because they are fast and efficient. There is a place to get refreshments and free coffee to drink. I love the cream vanilla air freshener. Jacques the Gm has an amazing team surrounding him.

Message: I can’t say enough good things about a car wash! I’ve been a regular for years and absolutely love them. They’re priced very reasonably for East Boca Raton, the staff is always friendly, and my car is always perfectly clean. They offer so many services that I’ve used such as bug removal, detailing, Covid sanitizing, waxing and my usual Boca Wash. The owner is hands on and is a local. Give them a try!

Message: Should have listened to other reviews - I am sure this place is great if you regularly have your car cleaned and do not have a lot of dirt. I also want to say the tech who cleaned my car was very kind and did a great job with shampooing my seats and did his best to address some of my concerns when picking up my car. He’s why this review is 3 stars and not 1.. I paid for a “interior detail” service and paid $50 above the listed start price due to the dog hair (which was fair - my car was very dirty). It includes (list pulled from the website):. • Shampoo carpets and cloth seats. • Clean and condition all leather surfaces. • Clean and condition dash console and doors. • Brush and thoroughly vacuum interior. • Polish door jams. • Rims cleaned. • Tires shined. • Wash windows inside and out. • Exterior wash. • Microfiber towel hand dry. • Air Freshener. What was disappointing was the lack of attention to detail. The door jams were completely missed the first time around and dog hair left between the seats. Also dirt was left in various corners around the doors and seats. I did ask them to go over a few spots but it was like pulling teeth with the manager with him eventually saying “let me check what you paid for” and then never returned and sent the tech back to talk with us. I tried to show some of missed spots in the pictures, and show the dirt was removable (I wiped it with my finger).. I was not expecting the manager to push back when I brought up my concerns. Thankfully my bf was dropping me off and helped me advocate for myself when it wasn’t quite right.. I never got my air freshener.
