Message: The customer service here was excellent! Johanna took me to my car and explained the damage, and what parts needed to be replaced, and answered any questions I had. She then kept me informed throughout the repair process as to the progress of the repairs. She then explained after the repair how to care for the paint till it cured.. She was very nice and professional and answered any questions I had after the repair. Her customer service was exceptional! The front desk employees were cordial and took care of things quickly and efficiently. Kudos to them as well.. The repairs to my car were completed in a very reasonable amount of time, and the quality of the repairs was excellent.. Over all I was very pleased with my experience at Gerber Collision, and with Geico's handling of the claim of the damage caused by their insured. I will definitely use them in the future for my collision repair needs.

Message: From the moment I drove on to their property until I left with my repaired vehicle this company was beyond professional. There was someone waiting in the Parking lot to direct me into the drop off area, my name was on the board with my appointment time and the gentleman was there before I could open my door. He answered all my questions and explained anything I needed. I was treated with respect and professionalism. The ladies that processed the paperwork and answered the phone calls were wonderful. They answered all my questions with understanding and patience never getting frustrated. When I picked up my vehicle the gentleman explained what they did and showed me the repair. The car was returned cleaner than I dropped it off. Working with this business was a joy. I would recommend them for my Mom or anyone else.
