Message: I had problem with starter and it was resolved within 1 hour after they check. Next time I repaired the thermostat! Cost effective and reliable service. But you need to wait at least a day until they get back to you because they always have many clients. Once you reach there then the first thing they will tell is that they can only see the next day! The rates are fixed and you do not need to bargain! Recommended for reliable service in reasonable price!

Message: Came in for an oil change on the 16th in the morning and had a terrific experience. They run on a first come first serve basis for oil changes and other general maintenance, so get there early. There were 3 techs responsible for two bays for the general maintenance side of the shop. I felt that they were understaffed but despite that, I never felt ignored or forgotten as they went in between customers in the two bays. It was 3 younger guys, but they had incredible communication skills and worked quickly, carefully, and efficiently all while I sat in my vehicle. One of the mechanics, Trey (I think) was the first mechanic I have ever met that truly made me feel like they did not just want to take advantage of my ignorance on cars. It was the first time I have ever heard a mechanic recommend a fix but be honest enough to tell me that it would be cheaper for me to do it myself instead of over-charging me. I will be coming back for any general maintenance I need for that reason.
