Message: Took the wife's car in for brakes and new battery. Service was performed in a timely manner. Work is guaranteed for 2 years or 24 thousand miles. The battery is warranted for 5 years on a prorated basis. Techs working on the vehicle informed me of the quality of the parts placed on the vehicle. Ample parking at businessocation and coffee while waiting.

Message: Rogelio Wallace is the best good year employee I have encountered! I had an emergency with my tire and he did everything in his power to take care of my problem! It was the fastest that I have ever had my truck serviced! Good year customer for life!

Message: I had an issue with a tire and was told Goodyear would never stand behind the warranty. Their online customer service sent me to this location and Rogelio was amazing. Not only did they stand behind their product, Rogelio made certain it was taken care of promptly even though they were short staffed. Rogelio's customer service skills are top notch.

Message: I had a really good experience here today. Rogelio, the service manager, helped me with a new tire purchase. He was kind and patient and explained all my options. The tires that I needed weren't in stock, but he got them delivered from the local warehouse the same day. He had my wheels balanced and gave me a coupon for complimentary alignment. Prices were reasonable. Thank you!

Message: Rogelio was the best. I watched this man juggle the front desk, the phones, and the garage while his location was short staffed. Despite this, I never felt rushed and I felt certain that my 4 new tires were installed in a timely manner. He made sure I understood the terms of the road hazard package I got too before I left, and even made way for me to back my car into traffic safely before i left. Outstanding service. Message: The Goodyear Manager Mr. Rogelio Wallace is Awesome. I recommend him and this location to anyone. Which I did to two other customers that came in for service for their vehicles. He is Prompt and sooo helpful and explained everything they were going to do to fix the problem with my tire and how long of a wait. Which ended up being and hour less than the anticipated time because he was working the front desk and helping his employees with the cars. Which showed me and the other customers he is NOT above getting his hands dirty. The ALL deserve a raise and a Pat on the back! EXCELLENT SERVICE

Message: I took my SUV for alignment service, I read all the reviews, noticing the latest reviews are great, but I noticed the old reviews, 3 year’s ago were not good reference to the old manager and work not performed correctly. Anyway, I WENT AND WALKED OUT EXTREMELY HAPPY AND SATISFIED with the work that Ramon did on my car, he explained me the details performed in my car, he did the front brakes job too. Thanks to Rogelio too, new manager, for all the excellent work done with his crew, and cleaning all the mess that the old manager did.
