They were not only efficient in letting me know almost daily, via text, how things were going but any interaction I had with the staff was great from the gals in the office to Joe who was the advisor. Message: Unfortunately, the only interaction I had with Galloway Collision was to sign paperwork to release my car which was declared a total loss. Every person I did interact with was very helpful and pleasant. I had my vehicle towed here because I've heard very good things and if my car was repairable, this was the place I wanted to make the repairs. I've also seen some before and after automobiles. They do excellent work. Unfortunately, my car is totaled. I Also want to ad that my car was hit while parked in my driveway. Some idiot decided to use the street as a dragstrip and lost control.
