Message: Amazing and trust worthy shop. Called early Saturday morning for them to look at what I thought was a transmission issue, only for them to tell me it was something as simple as a spark plug. Had the parts ordered and car fixed by the afternoon. Would 100% recommend them!

Message: My 2003 Town and country broke down and needed to be towed somewhere. Looked on Yelp and Google. Called Harold's he answered on the 4th ring. Friendly, asked questions; told me not to worry. He would look at it but sounded like either solenoid switch or rebuilt transmission. Quoted $350 or $1300. Finally got there just past 4pm. He immediately had the tow truck drop off the car slightly into his service bay. He and his assistant had it up on the lift in 3 minutes and started looking for the problem.. Luckily it was the drivers wheel drive shaft that had snapped off. He was on the phone looking for the part in 3 minutes. Jumped in his car and went to parts store due to hour plus delivery estimate.. Unfortunately they ended up not having the correct part in stock but could send it to him in the Morning. Promised me to be finished around noon and be $220 parts and labor.. Next day around 11 am he called to say the axle was installed but when he test drove the transmission was slipping badly(I'd been noticing this too)and on inspection had almost no fluid. I had been to Jiffy lube 6 days ago and their paperwork said they had topped it off too. He also mentioned that my horn was useless and that if I brought him a replacement part he would install it for free. After refilling the transmission fluid he put some cardboard under the vehicle and found that the previously mentioned solenoid switch was corroded and leaking badly. . so he replaced that too and showed me the old parts.. Ended up with new drive shaft new solenoid switch and new horn for $530. Good Job.
