Message: Fairly good. They were able to do a fix within an hour w/ the part prepurchased.. Based on the fact the other similar places all over are looking for people who drop their car off for 1 week, have days waiting times, or act like you must be broke for wanting a fix on time, I'd say it's possibly the only good place I have found yet; not that I'll be going to another bodyshop soon, but just saying.

Message: Words cannot describe how happy I am with my experience at Carfix.. Richie and his team are absolute class acts. I brought my vehicle in after some significant body damage. My entire front end was punched in and my passenger door no longer opened.. The quote was delivered within minutes of inspecting the car, Richie gave me. guarantee the price would not change upon further inspection and he KEPT HIS WORD.. I didn't pay a dollar more than originally agreed, he was extremely honest and up front. The communication from this establishment is superb, they were notifying me of everything.. I didn't need to follow up on anything, they literally took care of the headache start to finish.. To top it off Richie detailed my entire vehicle, fixed additional damage (significant too, not minor stuff) at no additional cost, had me picked up from the rental agency nearby to his shop so I didn't need to arrange for transport.. Literally a picture perfect interaction.. Thank you Richie and thank you CarFix.. I'm so happy to see my beautiful car in its former glory all over again.
